Deborah Simpson has spent her career turning early ideas into real companies. She has taken businesses from startup all the way to public offerings and acquisitions, and she has raised more than $200 million in startup capital along the way. She has also advised on over $2 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs, working with companies that were later bought by Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, IBM, Boeing, Texas Instruments, and Cisco.
A CPA by training, Deborah started out at Procter & Gamble and Arthur Andersen before spending decades building and running companies as a CEO, COO, and CFO. Today she leads the Caldwell Simpson Group and is co-founder of the medical technology company SeeMedX. She also founded EYE in America, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit for American youth. That mix of operator, financier, and builder is what she brings to Worldwide United, and it is why members trust the network she leads.
